  • Wednesday - 6:00 to 6:45 am

  • Sunday 4:00 to 5:30 pm

IDY - Hatha Vinyasa – This class is a complete experience of IDY's Seven Principles of Synergy with particular emphasis placed on IDY's fundamental principles of alignment and dynamic movement and sequencing for increasing strength, stability, stamina, flexibility, and range of motion to enhance physical conditioning, functional movement, mind/body-centered awareness, mental clarity and emotional well-being. The Monday and Wednesday classes are for all skill levels. The Sunday class is a fundamentals class that is a "workshop" format that focuses on specific alignment principles for postures or instruction in "advanced" poses. Yoga experience is recommended for Sunday's 4:00 class.

To attend classes at In Motion Fitness you will need to pay the fee for daily entry, but you can use the entire facility all day.
